The Fellowship of the Golden Tracksuit

by JP Reddick

Many thousands of years ago in Singapore, when sabre toothed badgers still roamed the land, a mythical tracksuit was forged out of the purist nylon. The tracksuit was golden in colour and many said it had magical powers.

It also looked like something from a dodgy 1970s Kung Fu movie.

On Friday 30th November a Fellowship of UL Waterpolo kids departed on a famous quest to discover the Golden Tracksuit...

It was a long and tiring journey...

It was not without peril either, especially from the 'Greek Body Snatchers'...

...led by the evil 'Joseph of Nazareth', who does look surprisingly like Jesus, they would come by night and take people and there sleeping bags, and then giggle until late into the night.

Luckily for UL they were saved by Nic 'you could park a bike up my arse' Bloy, whose legendary posterior was so large it was thought to have its own weather system.

Nic can be seen here showing off one of his Judo moves and his arse (at least thats his version of the story)...

This year there was a large contingent of Yanks and it was a relief to see that their shooting was more accurate than their bombing, although one of Mat Friedman's shots was off target and destroyed a village.

And so we discovered the Golden Tracksuit, won the tournament and came home.

The End.
